Vista SideBar Canvas

By installing the Vista Sidebar Canvas gadget you will get immediate access to your favourite Gems from your DSP Performance Canvas installation. This is a great way of keeping track of the current status of your business throughout your business day.

Works with DSP Performance Canvas 2007
Installation
  1. Click on the install link below. Open and install pc07.gadget.
  2. The gadget will show in the Vista Sidebar and ask for settings:
    1. Enter the URL to the DSP Performance Canvas server
    2. Select the Gem you would like to show. Note that the Gem
      needs to have "Sparkline rendering" active since the
      sparklines are used in the sidebar.
    3. If you would like the Gem to periodically refresh tick the
      Refresh option and select the refresh interval. A good
      starting point is a 1 hour interval.
    4. Press "Finish" and the graph will appear!
Settings
  • Right click to set general gadget properties. We recommend
    setting the opacity to 60%.
  • Click on the Sidebar gem to enlarge it into a full graph
  • Drag the Gadget from the sidebar onto the screen to detach it from
    the sidebar using the gadget handle (to the right)
Known issues Does not work with Basic Security.
Limited support Limited support is provided through the forums in the members section
of www.dspanel.com.
